Custom Case 3 | Empowering a U.S. Yoga Influencer to Launch a Limited Co-Branded Collection

Not long ago, we received a collaboration request from a well-known yoga influencer based in the United States. With over 300,000 followers on social media, she regularly shares content about yoga and healthy living, earning strong popularity among young female audiences.

She aimed to launch a limited-edition yoga wear collection named after herself — a gift to her fans and a step toward strengthening her personal brand. Her vision was clear: the pieces needed to be not only comfortable to wear but also embody the "confidence and ease" she consistently promotes through thoughtful tailoring. She also wanted to break away from the usual black, white, and gray color palette, opting instead for soothing, soft-toned hues with a healing vibe.

During the initial communication, we offered her a wide range of design suggestions—from fabrics to silhouettes—and arranged for our sample-making specialists to repeatedly adjust the waistband height and chest elasticity based on her daily yoga poses. This ensured the outfits remained secure and in place, even during high-difficulty movements.

For the color palette, she ultimately chose three shades: Misty Blue, Soft Apricot Pink, and Sage Green. These low-saturation tones naturally create a filter-like effect on camera, perfectly aligning with the gentle and calming aesthetic she presents on social media.

To strengthen her personal brand identity, we also designed a custom embroidered signature initial logo for her. Additionally, her handwritten yoga mantra as the brand logo,  was printed on the  tags and packaging boxes.

After the first batch of samples was released, she shared a try-on video on her social media accounts. Within just one week, all 500 sets from the initial batch were sold. Many fans commented that "wearing this yoga set feels like being hugged by healing energy." The influencer herself expressed great satisfaction with the custom experience, and she is now preparing a new batch of co-branded styles with limited-edition fall colors.
